Our school follows the ICSE syllabus for Std I to X.
Nursery and Pre Primary classes will follow a blend of Montessori, Reggio and Nursery methods in six areas of development. English and Maths will be delivered through worldwide acknowledged programs. Our method is backed by high level academic skills along with healthy social, physical and emotional

 

development. Special emphasis is being placed on social interactions and group behaviour skills. For we believe learning becomes effective when children have the social skills to curb disruptive behaviour. We will provide activities that teach social skills like problem solving, emotion management, impulse control and
virtues of patience.

 

These will be delivered through hands-on activity based curriculum. Instead of going against the law of nature by forcing the child we play ‘follow the child’, and allow them to show us how, we can facilitate their development to achieve their full potential while create an abiding interest in all subjects.

The Learning Environment

We employ the very latest learning technologies from abroad to make classrooms interactive and crackling.
A special emphasis on peer to peer interaction, debates, quiz programs, films and class discussions will be conducted to sensitize young minds to the nuances of the lesson. Experts in various fields will be invited to interact with the students.

 

We believe this process will instill a natural curiosity for learning besides marvelling at the wonders of acquired knowledge.
We have deliberately chosen to do away with formal exams till Std III. Exams are replaced with a process of continuous assessments all year long.

 

From Std IV onwards, continuous assessments besides two term exams will be held. This is to slowly ease our children into the formal examination environment. All the while easing off on the typical pressure that come with exams.

Hence, we will help develop superior communication skills with special emphasis on language which will include writing, reading, oration, diction and comprehension. In addition, great importance will be given to listening skills. Bridge courses will be conducted for students found weak in these areas to ensure every student is provided the opportunity to shine.

An uncomfortable student is a distracted student. Our school has been designed for spacious classrooms with abundant cross-ventilation and natural lighting for a cheerful, natural and eco-friendly environment. Extra lights and fans are provided for, where required. The school permits no more than 20 students in both kindergartens and no more than 35 students per class in the higher standards.
